1. In order to stimulate scientific and technological innovations, to raise the level of     education, research and development, as well as to promote cultural and creative   exchange between the countries of Central Asia and Eastern Europe, the International       Research Centre "INNOCREA" was established.

 

  2.  INNOCREA Centre will carry out its activities within the framework of international       cooperation, providing access to advanced knowledge, developing new technologies,     supporting start-ups and research projects.

  3.  The INNOCREA Centre operates in accordance with international standards of scientific and   research activities, as well as with environmental and ethical principles.

  4.  The INNOCREA Centre aims to serve as a platform for integration of scientific and technological     achievements in the development of sustainable solutions for the countries of Central Asia  and Eastern Europe.
